Police Report:

Client is involved in an automobile accident and Providence Police arrive. Police detect a strong odor of alcohol on Client’s breath, bloodshot/watery eyes and severely slurred speech. Client fails three (3) field sobriety tests including the HGN, Walk and Turn, and One-Legged Stand. Client takes the breathalyzer at the Station and blows a .151.
