A woman who assumes that she is behind a drunk driver calls to report the incident anonymously to the South Kingstown Police. She then trails the Client, all the while reporting to the dispatcher her location until the police arrive to the scene. After pulling over Client the police ascertain that the Client has a pungent odor of alcohol, and find an open container of alcohol in the console. The police command that the Client exit vehicle and proceeds to administer three field sobriety tests, all of which the Client fails. The Client openly admits that he has “had a few”.
