RI State Police are operating south on Route 4 in the travel lane when Client’s vehicle passes them at a high-rate of speed in the passing lane. Troopers then observe Client’s vehicle weaving in between the two travel lanes at least twice. Troopers activate overhead lights but Client’s vehicle fails to stop for approximately one-quarter mile. Upon approaching the vehicle Troopers observe Client to have a strong odor of alcohol on her breath, bloodshot and watery eyes and slurred speech. Client takes and fails three field-sobriety tests. At the barracks, Client takes the breath test and blows .125 and .127.
