April 2014: Criminal Charges: Driving Under the Influence (Above .15)

Police Report:

Cranston police receive numerous 911 calls relative to an erratic driver on 95N “swerving all over the road”. Police locate vehicle, activate the over-head lights however Client continues to travel approximately 2/10ths of a mile before abruptly pulling over. Police approach vehicle and observe Client to have severely bloodshot eyes, slurred speech and a strong odor of alcohol. Client agreed to take the Breathalyzer test at the station with readings of .212 and .214.

Criminal Case Result:

  • Driving Under the Influence (Above.15): REDUCED TO RECKLESS DRIVING WITH
    NO LOSS OF LICENSE
