Police Report:

Warwick police are behind Client’s vehicle and observe Client strike the curb with his right front passenger tire. Police stop Client and notice bloodshot eyes, slurred and mumbled speech and an odor of alcohol coming from the vehicle. Client refuses all field-sobriety tests at the scene, but takes the Breathalyzer test at the station with results of .127 and .129.
