Cranston Police respond to an accident and find Client’s truck had driven over a neighbor’s fence. 2 witnesses tell police they see 2 people walk away from the scene towards Client’s house. After running the license plates on the truck, police arrive at Client’s house to find him outside and walking down his driveway with a staggered gait. Police say Client then states “it was me, its my truck and I am drunk”. Police arrest Client who then refuses the breathalyzer at the station.
