May 2015: Driving Under the Influence

Police Report:

Pawtucket Police observe client traveling in the opposite direction at a high rate of speed. As the cars approach each other, police say client’s vehicle swerves slightly into their lane before correcting itself. Police then turn around and stop client. Police say they observe a moderate odor of alcohol, bloodshot and watery eyes and slurred speech. Upon exiting the vehicle client uses the door of his car to exit his vehicle. Client refuses to take the field-sobriety tests.
