Providence Police, on a DUI specific patrol, observe Client’s vehicle making an illegal U-turn out of an area with numerous bars. Upon stopping and approaching the Client’s vehicle, police smell a strong odor of alcoholic beverage, bloodshot and watery eyes and he admits to having a “couple beers” with dinner. Client exits the vehicle and attempts to take 3 field-sobriety tests but fails according to the police. Once at the station, Client refuses to take the Breathalyzer test. Client has a CDL license.
