RI State Police receive numerous 911 calls of an “erratic driver” on 95S, and provide the make/model of the Client’s car as well as registration plate. Troopers eventually find Client’s vehicle parked in a lot off of route 117. When police approach, they observe Client to have a strong odor of alcohol, bloodshot and watery eyes and slurred speech. Client took and failed 3 field-sobriety tests. Client refused to take the Breathalyzer test once back at the station.
