Police Report: Richmond Police stop Client’s vehicle for speeding (71 MPH in a 35), and allege he takes 3 quick turns in an attempt to elude the police. Once stopped, they approach the car and Police immediately observe a strong odor of alcohol, bloodshot and watery eyes and moderately slurred speech. Client takes and fails 3 field-sobriety tests. When he gets to the station, Client agrees to take the breathalyzer test and fails with a .127 and a .127.
