Police Report: Warwick Police observe Client’s vehicle to be traveling faster than the posted speed limit. They clock Client’s car, obtaining a speed of 53 in a 35MPH. Police then pull Client’s vehicle over and ask him to take field-sobriety tests. Police say they smelled a moderate odor of alcohol, watery eyes and slurred speech. Client denies drinking when asked repeatedly by police. Police arrest Client and at the station Client blows a .123 and a .121
